A collaboration between Instacart and Third Eye Blind brought music and culture into the brand experience. I managed the production of CRM campaigns, blog content, and both paid and organic social deliverables, ensuring creative assets were delivered on time and aligned with campaign goals. The campaign drove strong engagement: Instacart’s brand page saw 2K+ visits overnight, promo codes were fully redeemed by the next morning, and influencer partners amplified the collaboration with posts to audiences of 384K+ followers. The effort extended Instacart’s cultural reach and secured earned media visibility, including a feature in the Wall Street Journal’s CMO Today newsletter, and was spotlighted in Figma’s blog as a case study in collaborative creative production.
